We are hiring an experienced AssistantStore Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations
Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
Handle inventory, stock, and store maintenance
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
Monitor team performance and improve productivity
Requirements:
3–5 years of retail experience
Experience managing a retail store (Mall store experience preferred)
Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
