We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term relationships.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.




Provide market feedback and customer insights to the management team.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, or Customer Support.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to achieve results.
