Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mechanical Engineering and semiconductor-related positions.
Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche engineering roles.
Conduct initial candidate screening, assess technical fit,
and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools and sourcing techniques to improve candidate identification, screening, and recruiter productivity.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS data.
Stay updated on semiconductor hiring trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities whenever required.
