About the Role

YUGEN English Hub is looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right Spoken English and IELTS programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about Spoken English and IELTS courses.
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions.
Maintain student records, enquiry databases, and admission documentation.
Coordinate with trainers to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after enrollment.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, education, customer relations, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
Robust counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM).
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
