We are a developer firm seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in site execution of residential (high-rise and bungalow) and commercial projects. The role involves supervising in office construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining accurate site documentation for timely project delivery.
Site Locations: Shilaj, Chandkheda, Paldi (Ahmedabad)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities
* Monitor work progress as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers
* Ensure quality control and strict adherence to safety standards on site
* Manage materials, site measurements, and material handling
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site execution issues
* Ensure productive manpower utilization and smooth site operations
* Independently handle and manage assigned site execution activities
Qualifications:
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* 2–4 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial projects
* Robust execution skills and ability to manage site independently
* Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Location Preference: Candidates residing in Ahmedabad are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
