Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Fleet Operations & Sales Executive who can seamlessly bridge client-facing sales with ground fleet execution. In this dual-function role, you will handle inbound booking inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and oversee end-to-end fleet operations, including driver coordination, GPS tracking, vehicle upkeep, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales, Lead Conversion & Client Handling
Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads for vehicle rentals.
Understand client trip requirements (local, outstation, corporate, or events) and provide accurate price quotes and custom packages.
Negotiate rates, highlight vehicle features/amenities, and close bookings to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with corporate clients, event planners,



and travel agents to generate repeat business.
Collect client feedback post-trip and resolve any service-related queries or complaints professionally.
Daily Fleet Dispatch & Operations
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily vehicle dispatches and trip executions based on confirmed bookings.
Track live GPS monitoring systems to ensure route adherence, driver safety, and on-time pickups.
Act as the primary operational contact for clients and drivers during active trips to address any real-time adjustments.
Vehicle Upkeep & Maintenance
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee cleanliness, interior hygiene, and full operational readiness.
Schedule periodic servicing, oil changes, and minor repairs with authorized workshops to ensure zero downtime.
