Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Lead
with expertise in up-to-date full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled engineering. The ideal candidate will have solid technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to architect scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Build and maintain backend services using
Node.js (Express.js)

Develop responsive frontend applications using
Angular or React.js
.
Design, optimize, and maintain
PostgreSQL
and
MongoDB
databases.
Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on
AWS
using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews,



and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with clients, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive AI-powered engineering initiatives, automation, and LLM integration.
Ensure project delivery, application performance, code quality, and production reliability.
