About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR to manage a blend of Human Resources and Office Administration functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Handle onboarding and induction of recent employees, including documentation and orientation
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist in payroll processing coordination — attendance, leave records, and salary inputs
Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain related documentation
Address employee queries related to policies, perks, and grievances




Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions
Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement and exit interviews

Administrative Functions
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of admin-related items
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees/visitors
Maintain records related to office assets, AMC contracts, and utility bills
Liaise with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, courier, etc.)
Ensure upkeep of office premises, safety, and compliance with statutory admin requirements
Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and company functions
Manage front-desk operations and visitor management, if applicable
