Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the working backwards vision and documentation for feature releases.
Identify platform capability gaps and define recent initiatives to address them.
Use research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to inform platform and business requirements.
Conduct competitive feature reviews to guide prioritization within platform releases.
Drive innovation and run testandlearn experiments to deliver highvalue features.
Partner with business teams to conduct customer research that shapes platform feature needs.
Contribute to the platform product portfolio and longterm roadmap.
Make datadriven tradeoff decisions across platform feature sets.
Use runtime service metrics to inform backlog updates and balance improvements with current feature work.
Demonstrate deep expertise in the platform domain and collaborate with interdependent teams.
Translate business requirements (user stories, use cases) into explicit platform feature definitions.
Maintain visibility into user experience design and its alignment with platform objectives.
Define release goals and prioritize features based on business and platform value, adjusting during implementation as needed.
Monitor progress and execution at the feature level.
Review development team demos to validate alignment with acceptance criteria.
Prepare for launches and track platform performance, adoption, and operational health postrelease.
Ensure alignment with broader product management plans and initiatives.
Identify delivery risks and escalate issues that may impact timelines or requirements.
Participate in postlaunch reviews and ensure learnings are integrated back into the roadmap.
Partner with internal teams and customer support to identify, classify, and prioritize featurelevel issues.
