Position Overview

As a Restaurant Steward, you will be part of a prestigious fine-dining team, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and delivering a refined dining experience. You will assist in table service, guest interaction, and upholding fine-dining protocols while ensuring discretion with high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide skilled, attentive service.
Assist in presenting menus, answering guest queries, and recommending food and wine pairings.
Support Captains/Servers in taking and serving orders with precision and efficiency.
Set up and maintain tables as per fine-dining etiquette.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Handle guest requests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Clear and reset tables discreetly and efficiently.




Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Maintain grooming standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Provide discreet, personalized service for high-profile guests.

Requirements & Qualifications
1–6 years’ experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurants.
Strong knowledge of fine-dining etiquette, wine service, and food presentation.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
Impeccable grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or F&B; Service preferred.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive, guest-first attitude.
Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
