Job Description:

Must have:
Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering complex software products in a quick-paced setting.
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Track record of hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
Proficiency with project and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations — communicating clearly with senior leadership on project status and key decisions.




Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design, scalability planning, and technology selection.
Track and report on key delivery metrics — velocity, cycle time, quality, and release cadence — to drive data-informed improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and platform engineering practices.
Exposure to product-led growth or B2B/B2C SaaS delivery environments.
PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant technology leadership certifications are a plus.
Prior experience as a software engineer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
