Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate to manage client enquiries, generate leads, and convert prospective clients into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build robust relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, website, and other social media platforms.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and filmmaking packages.
Schedule consultation meetings between clients and the sales/business team.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM or company database.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding after booking.
Share quotations, service details, and other relevant information with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
