About the Role You will be part of a fast-paced, high-performing engineering team, designing and developing high-quality Android applications using Kotlin. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on delivering clean, high-quality code. Success in this role means creating maintainable, testable, and scalable codebases that meet strong engineering standards and design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.




Build intuitive and scalable user interfaces leveraging modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose.
Apply architectural best practices including MVVM and Clean Architecture to create maintainable and testable codebases.
Work closely with Product Owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Take ownership of performance optimization, ensuring applications are productive, scalable, and responsive.
Perform app profiling and diagnostics to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Actively participate in the full development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.

Requirements
Hold an Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS– Computer Science or a related field.
Have 7+ years of skilled experience in Android application development.
Demonstrate solid proficiency in Kotlin programming language.
