Qualifications
B.A. (English) and M.A. (English) from a recognized university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Classes XI–XII, preferably in a CBSE school.
Solid subject knowledge of English Language and Literature with familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, along with solid communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities
Teach English to Classes XI–XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and question papers.
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, literature, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in PTMs, school events, meetings, and career development programmes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
