About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Head – Sales & Marketing
to lead the sales, referral marketing, and business development function for a leading multi-specialty hospital in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hospital sales and marketing, solid relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, patient referrals, and strategic partnerships.

350+ bed multi-specialty hospital
managing an annual business of
₹250+ Crores

Key ResponsibilitiesReferral Marketing & Doctor Relationship Management




Develop and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, consultants, and visiting specialists.
Recruit and manage a strong network of consultants to increase patient referrals.
Act as the primary relationship manager for doctors and key medical specialists.
Design and execute referral marketing strategies to enhance patient footfall.

Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth by achieving business development and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs, and institutional partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic initiatives.
Develop partnerships that contribute to long-term business growth.

Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the corporate marketing team to strengthen brand visibility.
