SAP Test Defect Management professional Bangalore · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role As a SAP Test Defect Management qualified, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA, helping customers run their product clusters at their best. You will work in the SAP S/4HANA program, building the current ERP target architecture with specific business organizations. Your role will involve working closely with development teams and providing expertise in test defect management.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA
Work with development teams in the scrum process, providing advice, support, and experience




Organize scrum-related sessions with the team
Support a holistic testing approach, including automated or manual tests
Ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause and impact analysis
Contribute as a Single Point of Contact in cross-functional teams for Test Management
Follow and maintain the scope, timelines, and progress for increments
Define the delivery roadmap and assure the overall product fit
Work closely with international program organizations and virtual/multicultural teams

Requirements
Hold a graduate degree in any discipline or a comparable field
Have at least 3 years of experience as an SAP tester and 2 years of experience in defect management
Have functional understanding of business processes, such as finance, accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting
Have experience working in agile methodology
Have experience leading function-ori
