Position: Account Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage client relationships, oversee account operations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor client accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify prospects for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.




Prepare account reports, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
