Key Responsibilities
Beverage Service, Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards, Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer experience. Suggest and upsell drinks, cocktails, and bar promotions
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
Bar Operations, Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tools, and equipment
Check inventory levels daily and report shortages to Bar Manager, Assist in stock rotation, storage, and labeling of beverages, Ensure proper handling of cash and POS transactions
Guest Relations, Engage with guests to ensure a personalized and high-quality service experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
Promote bar specials, signature drinks, and upcoming events
