is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, organizational, and people management skills to support business growth and foster a positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and performance management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR is preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
