About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to support our growing organization. This role involves building, optimizing, and managing marketing funnels, CRM systems, and advanced automations across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic — someone who understands user journeys, conversion flow, and backend automation logic, and can implement seamless systems that improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and forms
Design and manage advanced workflows and automation sequences (email, SMS, tagging, pipeline movement, lead scoring, etc.)
Set up and manage CRM systems, pipelines, chance stages, and reporting dashboards
Implement segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing automation
Integrate third-party tools and platforms
Build custom automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API integrations
Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and data hygiene
Troubleshoot automation conflicts and system errors




Optimize email deliverability and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Maintain documentation of workflows and system architecture
Collaborate with the team based on ongoing campaigns, launches, and internal operational needs

Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability
Solid troubleshooting and debu
