Roles and Responsibilities:
Providesupport for Datacenter network infrastructure and resolve complex network issues.
Perform advanced troubleshooting forrouting, switching, and network security issues.
Manage core network components includingrouters, switches (Cisco & Aruba) , firewalls Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Hardware load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC) and WAF.
Support datacenter network technologies such as Spine-Leaf architecture, Core Switch configuration and VXLAN.
Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Participate in network capacity planning and upgrades.
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
Switching: STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, VTP
NSoC: DDoS mitigation techniques
Support DR drills, failover testing, and change management activities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
