C++ Developer / Production Support Engineer
with a strong background in the
Payments domain
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C++, Linux/Unix, and production support, along with excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for payment applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in Linux/Unix settings.
Analyze transaction failures and performance bottlenecks.
Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless production support.
Participate in rotational 12-hour support shifts.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in C++ development and production support.
Strong hands-on experience with
C++

Positive knowledge of
Linux/Unix
environments.
Experience in the
Payments domain
