Job Summary

Experience in network engineering / NOC / NRE / NetDevOps roles.

Experience in itential platform
Core Networking: Robust in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, VRFs, HSRP/VRRP, etc.).
Network Domains: Hands-on in one or more areas – Enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Data Center (Nexus/ACI), WLAN, firewalls, or load balancers.
Automation & NetDevOps:

Design, build, and maintain network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for configuration and lifecycle management.

Integrate workflows with Source of Truth (NetBox/Nautobot) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).

Develop reusable modules, playbooks, and pipelines for provisioning, upgrades, backups, and compliance.

Use Python with network libraries (Netmiko, NAPALM, pyATS, etc. as a plus).
Git & CI/CD: Comfortable with Git (branches, merge requests) and basic CI/CD pipelines.
Observability: Experience with at least one monitoring stack (SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, ThousandEyes, Prometheus/Grafana,



Splunk/ELK, etc.).
Protocols & Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, QoS, and proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure.
Collaboration & Design:

Work closely with network architects, operations, SRE, and application teams to embed reliability by design.

Contribute to network design reviews focusing on resilience, failure domains, capacity, and automation readiness.
Documentation & Mentoring:

Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and documentation for ops teams.

Mentor engineers on NetDevOps, automation, and reliability best practices.
