Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced aviation engineering leader to head Line Maintenance Operations for a leading airline in India. The role is responsible for ensuring aircraft safety, regulatory compliance, dispatch reliability, and seamless maintenance operations across the airline network.

Key Requirements
DGCA AME Licence with Type Rating / Company Authorization.
Minimum 15 years of Line Maintenance experience on Transport Category Aircraft.
Minimum 10 years on A320 Family and/or 8 years on B777/B787 fleet.
Solid knowledge of DGCA, CAR-145, CAR-M, and airline maintenance regulations.
Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams and multi-station operations.
Expertise in aircraft dispatch reliability, technical operations, and maintenance planning.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Line Maintenance operations across all stations and outstations.
Ensure compliance with DGCA, CAR-145, CAR-M,



and applicable regulatory standards.
Monitor aircraft dispatch reliability, technical delays, and maintenance performance.
Coordinate with MCC, Technical Services, Planning, Quality, and Flight Operations teams.
Manage maintenance providers, technical resources, tools, GSE, and engineering manpower.
Drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop Line Maintenance teams while ensuring productive resource utilization.
