Prior experience in MICE Sales is mandatory.
Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Existing client base and industry network will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to achieve sales targets.
Positive understanding of the MICE industry and corporate travel market.
