Role & responsibilities:
Design and develop 3D models and assemblies for:
Belt, roller, chain, screw, slat, and special-purpose conveyors
Conveyor structures, frames, supports, and guarding
Conveyor parts such as rollers, pulleys, idlers, shafts and brackets.
Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings with:
GD&T;, tolerances, BOMs, and material specifications
Fabrication and machining details.
Customize conveyor designs based on customer layout, capacity,
speed, load, and process requirements.
Perform design calculations related to load capacity, belt/roller
selection, shaft sizing, and motor selection.
Preferred candidate profile: :
Min. 5 years exp. in conveyor system OR industrial machinery design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Artcam.
Diploma / B.Tech in mechanical.
