Roles and Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Planning & Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, stores, and logistics functions.
Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Drive inventory optimization while maintaining desired service levels.

Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for sheet metal raw materials, components, consumables, and related services.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and annual agreements with vendors.
Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
Build strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce procurement costs and improve reliability.

Inventory Management
Maintain optimum inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Implement inventory control systems to minimize excess stock and shortages.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy.

Production Planning & Coordination




Collaborate with production and planning teams to synchronize material requirements with manufacturing schedules.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production plans and customer commitments.
Monitor demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Logistics & Warehouse Management
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Optimize transportation costs, warehouse utilization, and dispatch efficiency.
Ensure timely deliveries to customers while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Cost & Process Optimization
Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify prospects for cost reduction.
Lead initiatives related to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement.
Drive digitalization and ERP utilization for supply chain visibility and control.

Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policies.
