Job Title: Management Faculty

Job Summary:

The Management Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality education in management subjects, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic and administrative activities to support the institution's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in management subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or Entrepreneurship.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and examination papers.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
Organise seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.




Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and administrative responsibilities.
Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Management with specialisation in a relevant field (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
Ph.D in Management (preferred or as per regulatory requirements).
NET/SET qualification, if applicable according to institutional or regulatory norms.

Robust subject knowledge in management disciplines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Research and academic writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online teaching platforms.
Robust interpersonal, organisational, and mentoring skills.
