Job Summary:

The Math Lab Assistant & IT Support will be responsible for assisting teachers in conducting engaging math lab activities, ensuring proper maintenance of lab resources, and supporting IT-related tasks as assigned. The role requires coordination with the academic team and active participation in organizing educational events.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in planning and conducting math lab activities, experiments, and demonstrations.
Ensure proper usage, handling, and maintenance of math lab equipment and materials by students.
Monitor students during lab sessions to maintain discipline and safety standards.
Coordinate with the academic team to prepare and manage math lab schedules.
Support in organizing math exhibitions, competitions, workshops, and project-based activities.
Maintain records of lab inventory, usage, and requirements.
Provide basic IT support as assigned by the IT Manager.
Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues related to lab or classroom setups.
Perform any other duties assigned by the school management or reporting authority.





Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of mathematics concepts and lab activities
Familiarity with handling educational lab equipment
Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Positive coordination and organizational skills
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Mathematics / Science / IT or related field
Prior experience in a school lab or similar workplace preferred
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)
