About the Role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee programme is designed to provide fresh engineers with practical exposure across key engineering departments.

The role will help trainees understand the complete manufacturing process, from engineering drawings and tool development to production, inspection and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production and engineering activities.
Work with supervisors to understand machines, tools and manufacturing processes.
Study engineering drawings, product specifications and process requirements.
Assist in recent product trials, sample development and process improvement.
Support tool trials, tooling corrections and development activities.
Participate in quality inspection and root-cause analysis.
Prepare reports, presentations and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
Use AI and digital tools for research, documentation and productivity improvement.
