Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Fazilka.



The Job Title role involves supporting day-to-day operations at the facility, ensuring adherence to BPCL’s safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in implementation of company policies and procedures. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders, timely reporting, and proactive participation in continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives aligned with BPCL’s vision and values.
