We required Setter / Engineer - Process Engineering Machine Shop (1 candidate) for our plant in Mohali, Punjab.
Requirement -
Assist in optimizing machining processes for CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs as per component requirements.
Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for production.
Analyze tooling-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve tool life and productivity with senior team member.
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve machining and quality concerns.
Conduct root cause analysis of machining defects and implement process improvements.
Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and cost optimization.
Support & assist recent product development,
and process documentation activities.
Assist in tooling modifications and process changes based on quality feedback and inspection results.
Can travel our plants for related work if needed.
Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech (Mech)
Requirement - Minimum 3 years experience.
Salary Range - 25000/- to 40000/- per month
