A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for an experienced and visionary Nursing Superintendent to lead its nursing services. This is an excellent chance for a senior nursing professional to oversee nursing operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and lead a team of dedicated nursing staff.

Salary- ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Eligibility
P.B.B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospital nursing services, including experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
Robust knowledge of NABH standards, nursing administration, infection control, patient safety, staffing management, and hospital quality protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, decision-making, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage all nursing services across the hospital, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Supervise Nursing Supervisors, Assistant Nursing Superintendents, Ward In-Charges, and Staff Nurses.
Develop nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols in line with NABH and hospital standards.
Plan and manage nursing manpower, duty rosters, staffing requirements, and workforce allocation.
Monitor nursing quality indicators, patient safety initiatives, and infection prevention practices.
Ensure compliance with NABH accreditation requirements, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
Conduct regular nursing audits, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Organize orientation programmes, in-service training, and continuous career development for nursing staff.
Coordinate with consultants, department heads, and hospital management to ensure seamless patient
