About the Role

Bringletech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Social Media Marketing & Content Creator who is passionate about digital branding, content creation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and creative communication.

Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns
Write captions, content copies, and promotional marketing material
Assist in developing brand awareness and audience engagement strategies
Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content execution
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends




Deliver tasks within deadlines

Requirements
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
Strong communication and writing skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and digital campaigns
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team setting

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of branding and personal brand building
Understanding of lead generation through social media
Experience in content writing or managing social pages (personal or academic projects accepted)
