Urgent Hiring | Purchase Executive – Raw Material (active pharmaceutical ingredients Manufacturing)

Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh

We are hiring a Purchase Executive for a reputed API Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Procure API raw materials, solvents, chemicals, packaging materials, and engineering consumables.
Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure timely material availability.
Follow up on deliveries and maintain inventory to avoid production delays.
Work closely with Stores, Production, QA, QC, and Planning teams.
Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and statutory compliance.
Develop and evaluate new vendors while maintaining solid supplier relationships.




Ensure procurement activities comply with company SOPs and quality requirements.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to achieve cost savings.

Requirements:
2–5 years of purchase experience in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
Valuable knowledge of API raw materials, chemicals, solvents, and vendor management.
Solid negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
