Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales Recruitment to lead hiring initiatives for sales roles across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in recruiting sales professionals, stakeholder management, and driving high-volume as well as niche sales hiring. The role requires expertise in sourcing top sales talent, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand sales hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source high-quality sales talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen and assess candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate sales competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews,



gather timely feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement to improve offer acceptance rates.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of sales professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks for sales roles.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on sales hiring.
Proven experience in hiring for B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, and Field Sales roles.
