Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and within defined timelines.
Process salary calculations including earnings, overtime, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and full & final settlements.
Calculate and verify statutory compliances such as EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable payroll deductions.
Review attendance, leave, shift, and payroll inputs before processing salaries.
Generate payslips, salary registers, payroll reports, bank transfer files, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely statutory filings, challan preparation, and compliance documentation.




Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality of employee data.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
Work extensively on payroll software and Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
Stay updated with payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll, EPF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, overtime, leave encashment, and full & final settlements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
Experience working with payroll software or HRMS systems.
