We are seeking a highly proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering, manufacturing, EPC, steel structure, project execution, quality, and procurement functions.
The ideal candidate should possess solid sourcing capabilities, market intelligence, hiring expertise, and the ability to understand technical manpower requirements from hiring managers and close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to joining.
· Understand manpower requirements directly from hiring managers.
· Prepare job descriptions and hiring strategies for open positions.
· Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, social media, references, consultants, and networking.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical and behavioural requirements.
· Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
· Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
· Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
