About The Role
As a Tech Lead, you will own the design, architecture, and delivery of AI-first platforms and agentic systems powering mission-critical workflows for NBFCs, banks, and enterprises. You will lead a team of engineers to build scalable backend systems, AI pipelines, and GenAI-driven products while working closely with product, ML, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to architect, code, mentor, and ship production systems at scale.

Responsibilities
Architecture and System Design




Design scalable architectures for AI platforms, microservices, and data pipelines.
Define system design patterns for LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
Build resilient systems handling high-volume BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) data and transactions.

AI and GenAI Platform Development
Implement robust pipelines for LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agent frameworks.
Optimize model inference, latency, and throughput for production-grade AI applications.
Integrate diverse data sources and unstructured data processing pipelines into AI workflows.

Engineering Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of backend and full-stack engineers.
Establish engineering best practices, comprehensive code reviews, and robust testing methodologies.
Drive a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid execution.
