We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / General Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage the overall performance of the branch. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Branch Management.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
