Delivery Manager - Role Overview

Lead the delivery of large-scale, global technology projects for high-profile clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships and ensuring seamless execution across business and technical domains. Drive consultative selling, technical leadership, and governance, while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Consultative Selling:
Act as the primary client partner, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships at all levels—from operational teams to CXOs.
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction
Delivery Management:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
Manage multiple stakeholders, including global clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Implement industry best practices in project management,



agile methodologies, and governance
Technical Leadership & Governance:
Provide solid technical leadership, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Understand and discuss technology solutions with clients, including AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive adoption of best-in-class tools, processes, and frameworks for delivery excellence.
Strategic Planning & Growth:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client growth targets and expand business opportunities.
