Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EHS / Safety Manager with a solid background in IBMS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS) projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards, implementing EHS policies, and managing site safety across execution of projects.




Key Responsibilities:
EHS Compliance & Implementation
Ensure compliance with company EHS policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards across all project sites
Implement and monitor Safety, Health & Setting Management Systems (SHEMS)
Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Ensure adherence to work permits, PPE usage, and safety procedures
Project & Site Safety Management
Oversee safety execution for IBMS, CCTV, and ACS installation projects
Identify and mitigate site hazards during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Ensure safety compliance during electrical, cabling, and integration works
Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance
Risk Assessment & Incident Management
Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) and job safety analysis
Investigate incidents/near misses and ensure corre
