About the Role

Visionfly College is seeking a passionate, experienced, and agile Business Economics Lecturer to teach students enrolled in our BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration - Aviation) program. We are looking for an individual who can effectively deliver lectures, engage students, and provide a strong academic foundation in Business Economics.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lectures in Business Economics.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Simplify economic concepts through practical and industry-relevant examples.
Encourage student participation and academic excellence.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and uphold the academic standards of the institution.

Eligibility Criteria
Master's Degree in Economics, Business Economics, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.




Minimum 5 years of lecturing experience in Business Economics at a college or university level.
Proven experience teaching Business Economics is mandatory.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
Candidates must be sincere, dedicated, punctual, and committed to student success.
Well-groomed, qualified, and presentable personality.

Preferred Skills
Experience teaching college students.
Ability to make complex economic concepts easy to understand.
Confident public speaking and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
