Key Responsibilities
Pre-Bid Support: Review technical specs, float enquiries, and secure competitive vendor quotes during project bidding.
Mechanical Procurement: Source major components like Valves, Seals, Gearboxes, Clutches, and Engines.
Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate domestic and overseas suppliers for export/domestic projects.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of buyers to achieve cost optimization, inventory control, and OTIF metrics.
Negotiation: Drive high-value commercial agreements and back-to-back supplier contracts.
What We Look For
Solid background in EPC (Onshore/Offshore) or heavy manufacturing procurement.
Complete mastery of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
Sharp commercial negotiation and team-handling skills.
