Key Responsibility:
Assist in corporate secretarial and statutory compliance activities
Prepare board meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions
Handle ROC and MCA filings
Support due diligence and IPO documentation
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
