Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
Compensation & Benefits
Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
Support benchmarking and periodic review of salary structures
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws,
and institutional policies
Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure adherence to governance standards
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals
Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability
Performance Management
Design and manage performance review frameworks
Enable continuous feedback culture and support capability development
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement initiatives across departments
Foster a team-oriented, inclusive, and high-performing work workplace
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness
Learning & Development
Implement training, coaching, and mentoring programs
Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives
