Your work profile
Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify AI-driven solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.
Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
Develop AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and business outcomes.
Collaborate with architects, developers,



and integration teams to design scalable AI solutions and APIs.
Develop and deploy AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement MLOps practices using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Monitor AI model performance, governance, security, and responsible AI compliance.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI, Machine Learning, and software engineering best practices.

Work in Agile/Scrum settings to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with business

Key skills required
Robust proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Se
