Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Manual Tester
who can thoroughly understand applications, create effective test scenarios, and ensure highâquality software delivery.

Mandatory Requirements (Key)
Robust technical and manual testing skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written) â essential for daily communication with the Finlandâbased team.

Key Responsibilities
Create and execute manual test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration,



and system testing
Understand applications deeply to identify defects and improvements
Report and track bugs clearly until resolved
Work closely with developers and product teams
Help improve testing quality and processes.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of handsâon manual testing experience
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
Prior experience in automation testing is an added advantage
