Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
Manage centralized procurement for restaurants, college cafeterias, and food service operations across India.
Source high-quality food products, groceries, vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery items, beverages, and kitchen consumables.
Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize quality, cost, and supply continuity.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable vendors across various product categories.
Negotiate commercial terms, annual rate contracts, payment terms, rebates, and supply agreements.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Experience
10–15 years of procurement experience.




Minimum 5 years managing high-volume procurement for restaurants, hotels, institutional catering, or college cafeteria operations.
Experience handling multi-location procurement across India is mandatory.
MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is preferred.
