Role Definition

Responsible for ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of Paint Shop equipment with a solid focus on ABB robotic painting systems, automation controls, and maintenance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot ABB painting robots and Core controllers.
Perform robot calibration, mastering, backup, and diagnostics.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and industrial networks.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and drive TPM initiatives.
Support paint booths, ovens, conveyors, pretreatment systems, pumps, and utilities.
Ensure EHS compliance and implement LOTO procedures.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
ABB Robotics certification preferred.

Experience
6–10 years of Paint Shop Maintenance experience.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on ABB Robotics experience.
Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing settings.
